Wiki.
internal knowledge base with categories and tags.
a calm wiki for a small team. categories, tags, recent edits, no notion-y autoplay video on the landing page.
notes from the workshop.
a wiki for a small team should feel like a wiki for a small team. wiki is exactly that. the landing page is a flat list of categories with recent edits underneath. no hero animation. no autoplay video about why documentation matters.
every page can carry tags. tag pages aggregate without ceremony. the recent-edits feed sits in the sidebar. each entry shows who edited what, with a link to the diff if your install runs versioning.
i designed wiki for a five-person studio that needed to onboard the sixth person without a meeting. it works for that. it scales to fifty before the structure starts to push back.
licenses, plain.
every license size Wiki ships with. pick the seat that fits the use. you can move up later, you cannot move down.
