Atelier.
small studio site with a real services page.
made for studios of one to ten people. sections for services, process, team, and a contact form that does not embarrass you.
notes from the workshop.
small studios have the same problems as big agencies, just at a smaller scale. atelier is built around that. there is room for a services page that reads like a services page, not a sales letter. a process page that admits there is a process. a team page that does not require eighty headshots to feel populated.
the contact form is the part i spent the most time on. it asks the right questions in the right order. it sends a tidy email. it logs to a json file so you do not lose leads when your smtp dies. nothing fancy. it just works.
i designed atelier for the studio that is about to outgrow squarespace. it sits in the gap between a template you cannot modify and a custom build you cannot afford.
licenses, plain.
every license size Atelier ships with. pick the seat that fits the use. you can move up later, you cannot move down.
