a grocery subscription is not a saas product. it is groceries on a schedule. pantry treats it that way. the box page is the hero, with the items in it shown as a real list of real food. the subscribe flow is two questions long.
swapping items inside an upcoming box works the way people expect. you tap an item, you pick a swap, you save. there is no shopping-cart shim. there is no upsell modal trying to add a sixteenth item.
pause is a button. it is on the account page. it does not require a phone call. it does not hide behind a downgrade funnel. people who can pause their box keep their box. people who cannot just cancel. pantry knows that.
